Welcome to Our Fall Share Members
Looking like a Gainsborough painting, this is one of our favorite photographs in the Grassroots Farm portfolio. Taken in mid-September 2009, before we had added our packing shed (2010) , chicken coop and high tunnel (2011), the little white market trailer is out in the field with the blue tractor. The last harvest for the season was complete on the particular day and our worker share member who snapped this beautiful picture with his cell phone (!) turned around at the farm gate for a final look.

Each week, two days before your scheduled pick up, we will send you this newsletter with a list of the contents for the week’s share box, kitchen tested recipes, tips and suggestions, and bits of this and that about current news, farm news, sustainable agriculture, organic agriculture and whatever else comes up.
Please feel free to offer favorite recipes, comments, questions, and suggestions. We want to entertain, educate, and inform with this effort, as well as give you a forum.
